Weekend dinner special!! 14oz Ribeye marinated in olive oil, garlic, and rosemary served with mashed honey butternut squash and country ham cooked collard greens.

This weekend’s flavorful special is a wonderful Chicken Scallopini! Tenderized Springer Mountain Farms chicken breast, rolled with panko breadcrumbs, then sautéed in a beurre blanc with capers and smoked heirloom tomatoes. Served with a green grit griddle cake (spinach, herbs and light jalapeños.)
